SEND YOUR SAMPLE TO THE LAB:

1. The test kit will be mailed to you. Please follow the instructions to collect your saliva and send it off in the box supplied.

2. Take a picture of the bar code on the side of the test kit.

3. Results typically take 6 – 8 weeks.

HOW TO COLLECT YOUR SALIVA 

1. Spit into funnel until the amount of liquid saliva (not bubbles) reaches the fill line shown on the tube.  (bucal swab is available at an additional charge):

2. Hold the tube upright with one hand. Close the funnel lid with the other hand by firmly pushing the lid until you hear a loud click. The liquid in the lid will be released into the tube to mix with the saliva. Make sure that the lid is closed tightly.

3. Hold the tube upright. Unscrew the funnel from the tube.

4. Use the small cap to close the tube tightly.

5. Shake the capped tube for 5 seconds. Discard or recycle the funnel.

These tests are very helpful in understanding the bigger picture of how your genes are being expressed and their connection to hormones, nutrients, toxins and your symptoms.

Online vendors offer these tests, such as MyMedLab, TrueHealthLabs. 

You do not need a practitioner to order these tests.
